1. Billing.

We at Rentnzip charge the rentals on daily basis (24 Hrs.) and the rates per day are bound to change. Please check the tariff details on our page for more information. A minimum billing of one day is mandatory on any Two Wheeler you hire from us. That means, though you rent our Two Wheeler s for an hour’s time, you will have to pay for one day.

2. Extra Kms Charge

When you book a Two Wheeler from RENTNZIP, we assure you 100 kilometres for which you do not have to pay. Extra Kilometres will be charged at Rs. 2/- Per kilometre.

To Use Unlimited Kms

 Pay extra Rs 100/- for Scooters , Rs 200/- for Bikes And  Rs 500/- for Super Bikes  while taking the vehicle 

3. Penalty/violation fee

3.1 Penalty for parking the Two Wheeler in the wrong location:

As per the norms laid by Traffic police authority and same will be deducted from the Deposit paid.

3.2 Penalty for violating traffic/ wearing a helmet: RENTNZIP strictly insists the rider members wear a ISI certified safety helmet at all times. Not adhering to it will draw an additional penalty from RENTNZIP in addition to the penalty you pay for the traffic department for not wearing a helmet.

3.3 Over speeding: Member is not supposed to cross a top speed of 70 kmph for bikes and 60 kmph for Scooters. Doing so will result in penalty of INR.500 and the membership will be terminated if it happens for more than 2 times.

4. Rider liability Policy

Once you ride out our Two Wheeler from our delivery point, you and only you are solely responsible for the safety of your own self and the vehicle. We will make sure that the Two Wheelers are faultless and are with no technical issues whatsoever. If you were to violate any form of traffic rules or RENTNZIP Policy regulations, then the person under whose name the Two Wheeler is rented out is held wholly responsible. Major violations of rules generally observed are riding under the influence of alcohol, exceeding the speed limits, riding without a helmet, dangerous stunts causing harassment to fellow travellers etc. Please note that RENTNZIP is strictly against any such violations and we always insist you ride with an ISI certified helmet on at all times. Any damages, losses, fines and penalties derived from such actions are your responsibility and RENTNZIP does not in any form or level be a party to you or vouch for you. You should also note that such actions will nullify the insurance benefits as well.

5. Payment Policy

   1. Payments are to be made strictly through credit/debit cards/online money transfer only. We do not accept cash as a mode of payment.

   2. The rider has to make sure that the balance in his account is adequate enough to accommodate full payment to RENTNZIP. Any credit card charges and/or other miscellaneous charges if any are to be borne by the rider himself.

   3. If by any chance a rider member fails to make a payment that is due towards RENTNZIP and tries to default, then RENTNZIP may charge additional interests/charges for such delays/faults. RENTNZIP may also extract payments from the defaulters through third party entities also may initiate legal actions under the provisions of the law.

   4. RENTNZIP reserves the right to terminate a booking depending on the circumstances. All payments need to be done in full prior to the ride start, which will be confirmed and authorised through a detailed invoice by RENTNZIP sent through e-mail or/and SMS.

6. RENTNZIP Policy on Accident or any such event

   1. RENTNZIP assures to assist its rider members by providing liability insurance.

   2. In case of an accident or collision, the rider members are accountable to pay a standard amount towards the accident insurance not exceeding Rs.2000. The members are also bound to pay for the repairs incurred due to damages caused by the collision/accident, which will be deducted from the amount paid as the security deposit (if the

   3. repair costs are less than the value of the deposit) or the member will forfeit the entire security deposit amount (if the repair costs are equal to or more than the deposit itself). In any case, amount greater than the security deposit already paid by the member shall be demanded by RENTNZIP and member is liable to pay the entire amount.

3. In the event of a collision, either due to the fault of the rider himself or due to any other unavoidable instance, the costs involved in towing or confiscation of RENTNZIP Two Wheeler are to be borne by the members alone.

4.  RENTNZIP takes complete liability of towing and confiscation charges if the vehicle breaks down due to a technical snag or failure.
5. Any charges or costs amounting due to the failure of the member complying with the laws and/or RENTNZIP policies shall be entirely borne by the member alone irrespective of the amount payable.

6. Toll/RTO taxes

1. In most of the government/private maintained state/national highways, they do not charg

2. e toll fee for motorcycles. However, if there are any exceptions to this, the rider member has to pay the toll charge involved.

3. RENTNZIP Two Wheeler can be rode anywhere in Karnataka as we have the required State Permit issued from the government.

4. Any taxes that are to be paid before entering a state have to borne by the rider himself.

By starting a membership with RENTNZIP, you agree to all the clauses listed in the agreement and thus by doing so, you agree to pay all the necessary charges or expenses mentioned in the policy which not only includes the total charges payable for Two Wheeler s rented but also may involve additional charges which will be notified later, specific in nature, if any, as the listed expenditures here is not comprehensive. RENTNZIP (Matt auto Sports India Pvt Ltd) entirely reserves the right to modify or change the terms /regulations of this policy periodically owing to changes in the environment, which will be reflected on our website in the registration and booking pages or communicated to our members through emails as and when the changes occur. Please note that during any such changes in the policy, the modified regulations come into effect as soon as the changes are reflected in our agreement on our website or from the date the agreement specifies the “with effect from” clause.

7. Undertaking Letter

All the members before taking the Bike has to sign a computer generated undertaking letter showing full details (like deposit, rent, time, damages etc)

8. Refund / Cancelation policy 

Cancelation of booking before 48 hrs from the booking time customer will get the refund
of deposit and rental amount return 100 % within 7 days of cancelation.

Cancelation of booking within 48 hrs from the booking time customer will get the refund
of deposit and rental amount deducting 2 days rent within 7 days of cancelation.
